Leading the club with a focus on growing membership and enhancing the racing experience for all sailors.

Managing the racing program including weekly series, regattas, and race committee operations.

Overseeing clubhouse operations, dining, facilities, and leading member marketing to make RCYC a premier destination.

Providing continuity as Past Commodore and directing youth and adult sailing education programs.

Chairing the Board of Governors and representing the Flying Scot fleet.

Stewarding the club's financial health, financial strategy, and long-term capital planning.

Recording and communicating board proceedings and maintaining club governance records. Also serving as Membership Chair, Chris leads the club's membership recruitment and retention efforts.
