Club Racing Series
Year-round one-design and PHRF racing for all seven fleets on Lake Ray Hubbard. Series run January through December.

How It Works
Racing for Every Level
One-design classes including the MC Scow, Melges 15, IC-24, Flying Scot, and Sunfish race Sunday afternoons with a first start at 2pm from September through May. Summer racing shifts to Saturday evenings at 6:30pm when temperatures drop and the breeze builds across the lake.
Wednesday night Beer Can racing runs through the summer for keelboats and the auxiliary fleet under PHRF handicap. It is casual, competitive, and one of the most popular events at the club.

Race Management
Volunteer-Run, Professionally Run
Every race is run by an RCYC race committee comprised of volunteer members. The club maintains dedicated race committee boats and a full complement of marks, flags, and timing equipment.
Members interested in serving on the race committee or protest committee are encouraged to contact the Vice Commodore of Race. Race management training is available through US Sailing.
