Grow Together on the Water

RCYC is built for families. Your kids learn in one of the only year-round youth programs in North Texas, from Tadpoles (ages 5–8) through a nationally competitive race team. While they're on the water, you're racing in your own fleet, swimming, or enjoying the deck. Summer camp runs seven sessions. The whole family finds their place here.

Never sailed before? Good. Thousands of RCYC members started exactly where you are. Adult certification courses get you from dock-curious to confidently sailing in weeks. The IC-24 Club Boat Program gives you a boat, no ownership required. Motor boater wanting to trade diesel for canvas? Our instructors specialize in exactly that transition.

Ready to Trade Up?

You already love the water, you just haven't discovered how much better it is without the engine. RCYC members who came from power boating say the same thing: they waited too long to make the switch. Our adult sailing program is designed to leverage everything you already know about seamanship and build on it. Start in the IC-24 Club Boats. Race by summer.
