As a member of the Front-of-House team, you will be an integral part of creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our members and guests. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and ensuring smooth dining experiences. This position offers the opportunity to work in a yacht club setting, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our members. The Front-of-house lead-floater Staff position is the interface between the club members and kitchen and a position of flexibility to provide support across multiple departments at RCYC. This role is based in Front-of-House ordering and member experiences; however, will shift to support the bar area, as well as the kitchen, when needed. This position also is relied upon to provide leadership support to the FoH staff in maximizing the member experience in the food and beverage area for RCYC.
