How It Works

Use the filters below to find open maintenance issues that need a volunteer. Each card shows the location, category, and priority.
Claim a project
Click Claim this issue on any open request to add your name and a target completion date. The project moves to Claimed so others know it is covered.
Submit new requests
Spotted something that needs attention? Use Submit Request to log a new issue. The Rear Commodore of House reviews all submissions.
Touch Up Paint on Bar Face

The bar face where your legs hit the bar need touchup painting. We have the paint for this particular job already.
Deck Table Top Securing

Many of the tables on the deck need their tops re-fastened to the base frames.
Metal outdoor furniture refinishing

There is an older donated set of outdoor furniture sitting to the right of the gate into the dumpster area. This furniture needs to be pressure washed and repainted with a hammer bronze spray paint.
Install New Grounds Signs

We have about 10 new framed signs to put up around the property. Replacing old signs.
