Optis, ILCA and C420s prepare for the Lakewood Seahorse Regatta and C420 Gulf Coast Championship at this 3 day race clinic organized by Rush Creek Yacht Club. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday clinic days. Get race ready. The clinic will be led by three phenomenal coaches: Ryan Minth (ILCA), Luke Ingalls (Opti), and Parker Colantuono (C420).
ILCA Limit: 8 boats
Opti Limit: 13 boats
C420 Limit: 8 boats
* Once a class meets its entry cap, subsequent registrations will be added to a waiting list.
About the Coaches:
ILCA: Ryan Minth is a performance sailing coach and a member of the 2005 US Sailing Team (Laser). He also coached the Chinese Olympic Radial Women’s Sailing team and led them to China’s first World Championship in an Olympic Sailing Class.
Opti: Luke Ingalls is the head coach of JK Sailing and has coached many young sailors getting them to the level of USNT. Luke has also coached USNDT. He attended URI and was a member of their sailing team.
C420: Parker Colantuono is the c420 sailing coach at St Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco. Parker was previously the head instructor at Saunderstown Yacht Club and a sailing instructor at Niantic Bay Sailing Academy. He attended URI and was a member of their sailing team.

$300 per non-member boat

What to wear and bring:
- Lifejacket
- Gear appropriate to wear for the weather conditions
- Closed toed shoes. Sailing boots recommended
- Sunscreen, Hat, Sunglasses
- Lunches/water/snacks for each day
